As we have grown and changed, so have our obsessions. Here's some of our new (and old) obsessions...

Our newest obsession.

In the fall of 2005, Fox launched a new show called "Prison Break". Sure, it sounded okay, but we weren't totally on board at first. However, after watching a few episodes, L was hooked, and, like the enabler that she is, got K addicted as well. The show is interesting and suspenseful, with plenty of twists, turns, and cliffhangers. Plus, there's Wentworth Miller. Let's take a moment (or fifty) to stare at him. Excellent.

The obsession that will never die.

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" has offically been cancelled for two or three years or something like that. However, a little thing like cancellation won't stop Lisa from being obsessed. An owner of at least one or two seasons of the show and an avid reader of its fanfic, "Buffy" will forever stay alive in the dark recesses of L's mind.

Most anything on the style channel is fine with us!

The Style Channel offers 24-hours of fashion, make-up, and home entertainment...and, for some odd reason, Melrose Place. Unfortunately K is as of late Style-deprived, due to the fact that U of M cable does not include Style. in its channel lineup. I guess she'll just have to make do with Univision instead. If only she spoke Spanish. : (

Back in the day, Katie and Lisa spent countless hours wasting their lives away on ff.net, as it was fondly called. Since then, it's possible their affection for fanfiction has waned a little. Okay, maybe not for Lisa, but for Katie, it unfortunately has. Perhaps it was the endless string of authors spelling the word grammar as "grammer". Perhaps it was the inability of the authors to grasp the concept implied by this word. Who knows. Anyway, Katie still will opt to visit ff.net's sister site, fictionpress.net, from time to time, to find some quality original fiction. The searches are generally fruitless, but from time to time something good will turn up.

I heart everything...
